Job Descriptions:

• Plan and execute the sustainability framework and translate it into actionable plans, programs, and initiatives
• Plan, build, and maintain our sustainability collaterals
• Develop and manage the sustainability budget
• Measure and report the performance of all sustainability programs and assess against goals (KPIs)
• ⁠Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and programs based on the insights
• Work with various departments to uphold sustainability standards
• ⁠Oversee sustainability certifications
• Report environmental performance to internal and external stakeholders
• ⁠Establish partnerships with external organizations
• Identifies areas for improvement and trains staff on sustainability practices
   

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sustainability Manager or Head of Sustainability (min. 3 years)
• ⁠Leadership, team management, communication & collaboration skills
• ⁠Working experience in lifestyle brands or agencies
• Passionate in outdoor activities, travel, tourism, and hospitality
