The Attraction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a visitor attraction, including the day-to-day operations of rides, shows, and facilities, ensuring a positive guest experience, managing staff, maintaining safety standards, and driving profitability, often within a theme park, or other entertainment venue.

Key Responsibility:

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of rides, attractions, and entertainment activities.
• Ensure all attractions run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
• Monitor ride performance, downtime, and guest flow to optimize operations.

Guest Experience & Service

• Maintain high standards of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Implement strategies to improve the overall visitor experience.

Staff Management

• Recruit, train, and supervise ride operators and attraction staff.
• Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for staff development.

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce strict safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Conduct regular ride inspections and collaborate with maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Job Requirements:

• Min. an associate's or bachelor's degree in recreation management, hospitality, business administration, or event management.
• Proven experience in managing operations within a visitor attraction environment (min. 2 years experiences).
• Understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace and relevant operational system.
