Providing technical assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems across the organization.
Work closely with internal users to resolve technical issues related to computers, networks, servers, and other critical systems.
Managing and troubleshooting security infrastructure, including firewalls, antivirus software, and cloud services, while ensuring data integrity and security.
Job Requirements:
1-3 years of working experience as an ICT Support
Understanding of WIndows/Linux Operating Systems
Ability to manage and solve server network
Ability to manage anti viruses, cloud servers, firewalls, and security systems
Ability to diagnose problems within computer and network
