Job Description:

  • Plan and execute PR and communication frameworks and strategies that turn heads, translating them into actionable plans, programs, and initiatives.
  • Develop and manage the PR and communication budget to achieve a balanced mix of paid and organic exposure.
  • Measure and report the performance of all PR and communication programs, assessing them against goals (KPIs and OKRs).
  • Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and programs based on these insights.
  • Build relationships with the media to amplify our message.
  • Build relationships with local communities and government agencies.
  • Monitor media to measure the effectiveness of press releases, campaigns, and strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and campaign execution.

 

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in PR, communication, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in PR and communication (minimum of 3 years) with a strong portfolio of projects and initiatives that have measurable impact.
  • Experience in conducting effective crisis management PR activities.
  • Experience with lifestyle, hospitality, tourism, ecotourism, and NGOs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
  • Strong leadership, team management, analytical, presentation, collaboration, and creative skills.
  • A strong network with media contacts.
  • A genuine passion for adventure, outdoor activities, active lifestyle, travel, tourism, hospitality, and sustainability, coupled with an insatiable appetite for continued learning in these areas.
