Job Description:

• Responsible in leading EIGER Adventure Land's tech strategy to enhance digital experience and ensure seamless O2O integration
• ⁠Tech Stack: NodeJs (NestJs), VueJs (NuxtJs), ReactJs (NextJs), PostgreSQL
• Manage ICT infrastructure including hardware, cloud computing, and middleware (WebApp, DB, etc.)
• Plan, implement, and test configuration changes
• Prepare and execute migration changes
• Regularly monitor systems and troubleshoot disruptions with team coordination
• Proactively propose improvements or preventive actions for system configurations

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of managerial level (Open for Senior level)
• Experience in managing both software and hardware engineers
• Open to candidate from startups, corporate, or software house background
• ⁠Tech Stack: NodeJs (NestJs), VueJs (NuxtJs), ReactJs (NextJs), PostgreSQL
• ⁠Experience as a Lead Software Engineer (2-3 YoE)
• ⁠Experience in managing teams of Fullstack Engineer, Mobile Engineer, and ICT Support
• ⁠Experience in Unit Testing
• ⁠Experience in designing system
• ⁠Experience in developing using Microservices
• ⁠Experience in developing using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• ⁠Understanding of Flutter
• ⁠Understanding of Desktop Programming
• Understanding of QA concept and ability to create test cases
• WFO in Bandung (HQ) and move to Bogor once the site open
