Plan and execute the PR & communication framework and strategies that turn heads, and translate it into actionable plans, programs, and initiatives.
Develop and manage the PR & communication budget for a good mix of paid and organic exposures.
Measure and report the performance of all PR & communication programs and assess against goals (KPI and OKR).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and programs based on the insights.
Build relationships with the media to amplify our message.
Media monitoring to measure the effectiveness of press releases, campaigns, and strategies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and campaign execution.

Job requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in PR, communication, marketing, advertising, or equivalent major.
Proven experience in PR & Communication (min. 5 years) and a strong portfolio of projects and initiatives with measurable impacts.
Min. 3 years of experience at the managerial level.
Experienced in conducting effective crisis management PR activities.
Experienced in lifestyle, hospitality, tourism brands, or NGO.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
Extensive knowledge of sustainable tourism, lifestyle, and emerging trends.
Strong leadership, team management, analytical, presentation, collaboration, and creative skills.
Has a good network with media.
