1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including online travel agencies and electronic distribution partners, to maximize revenue and market share.
2. Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement in sales and marketing strategies.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, revenue management, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of promotional campaigns.
4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with OTAs and other electronic distribution partners to secure favorable terms and conditions.
5. Provide training and support to partners on product offerings, booking processes, and promotional initiatives to enhance their understanding and effectiveness.
6. Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for business development and account growth.
Job Requirement :
1. Diploma in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
5. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client inquiries effectively.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple accounts.
