3. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan and execute carpentry work accurately. 
4. Coordinate with other trades and departments to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelines. 
5. Monitor inventory levels of materials and tools, ordering supplies as needed to maintain workflow. 
6. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. 
7. Prepare reports on project progress, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, for management review. 

Job Requirement : 
1. Diploma in construction management, carpentry, or a related field. 
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry, construction, or a supervisory role. 
3. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and safety standards. 
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
