1. Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. 
2. Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and guest services. 
3. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures. 
4. Supervise and train maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards. 
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies and equipment. 
6. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure efficient operations. 
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as environmental standards, in all maintenance activities. 

Job Requirement : 
1. Diploma in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or civil) or a related field; a bachelor's degree is preferred. 
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, or engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial position. 
3. In-depth knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems. 
4. Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee engineering staff and operations. 
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot complex technical issues. 
6. Proficiency in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation. 
7. Strong communication skills to liaise with other departments, contractors, and vendors effectively. 
8. Having good knowledge of MEP is a must
