1. Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems within the facility, ensuring optimal performance and safety. 
2. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work. 
3. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify issues and implement preventive maintenance measures. 
4. Manage inventory and procurement of spare parts and tools necessary for maintenance operations. 
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance activities. 
6. Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance work and minimize disruption to operations. 
7. Prepare reports on maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment performance, and budget management. 

Job Requirement : 
1. Diploma in mechanical, electrical engineering, or a related field. 
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance or supervisory roles. 
3. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards. 
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively. 
5. Proficiency in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation. 
6. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. 
7. Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
