1. Organize and lead recreational activities, games, and entertainment for guests of all ages.
2. Help set up and facilitate events, performances, or themed activities throughout the day.
3. Interact with guests in a friendly, welcoming manner, encouraging participation in activities and entertainment.
4. Monitor guest participation to ensure safety guidelines are followed during activities and events.
5. Set up and maintain equipment for games, activities, or shows, ensuring everything is in working order.
6. Provide assistance, answer questions, and create a positive, fun atmosphere for guests.
7. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth event operations and guest satisfaction.
Job Requirement :
1. At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, recreation, or entertainment settings.
2. Energetic and enthusiastic personality, capable of engaging guests in activities.
3. Strong communication skills to provide clear instructions and information to guests.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate events.
5. Experience in organizing and facilitating group activities and entertainment programs.
6. Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive and enjoyable guest experience.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in recreation or entertainment preferred.
