1. Oversee the guest relations team to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction for all guests throughout their stay.
2. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and follow-up.
3. Develop and implement guest service standards and procedures to enhance the overall guest experience.
4. Train and mentor guest relations staff on effective communication, problem-solving, and service excellence.
5. Monitor guest feedback through surveys and reviews, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address guest needs effectively.
7. Organize and coordinate special events or programs to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
Job Requirement :
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in guest relations or hospitality.
2. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
5. Knowledge of hotel management systems and CRM software.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
7. Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field (preferred).
