1. Assist customers in purchasing tickets for events in person or via the phone.
2. Answer questions and provide information about events, pricing, and ticket availability.
3. Check and validate tickets at entry points for events.
4. Process cash, card, and online payments accurately.
5. Ensure ticket booths and sales areas are organized and well-stocked.
6. Assist with event setup and provide on-site support as needed.
7. Address any customer concerns or issues related to tickets or events promptly.
Job Requirement :
1. At least 1-2 years in ticketing, reservations, or customer service (preferred).
2. Familiarity with ticketing software (GDS, Amadeus, Sabre, or similar) is an advantage.
3. Strong communication skills to assist customers with bookings and inquiries.
4. Ability to handle cancellations, rebookings, and ticket modifications efficiently.
5. Ensures accuracy in ticket issuance, pricing, and travel documents.
6. Ability to process bookings quickly and efficiently under pressure.
7. High school diploma or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
