4. Ability to handle high-pressure situations, manage delays, and resolve customer concerns.
5. Knowledge of local traffic regulations and safety protocols.
6. Ability to coordinate large-scale ticketing and traffic flow efficiently.
7. Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
