1. Oversee the daily operations of the parking facility, ensuring efficient and safe parking for all guests and visitors.
2. Supervise parking attendants, providing training and guidance to ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to policies.
3. Monitor parking lot activity, managing traffic flow and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
4. Maintain accurate records of parking usage, revenue, and any incidents, reporting findings to management.
5. Implement and enforce parking policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety.
6. Address guest inquiries and complaints regarding parking services, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service and communication regarding parking needs and events.
Job Requirement :
1. At least 3 years in parking operations, valet services, or traffic management.
2. Ability to supervise, train, and coordinate parking attendants and valet staff.
3. Knowledge of parking regulations, safety procedures, and vehicle flow management.
4. Strong communication skills to assist guests and resolve parking-related concerns.
5. Ability to handle high-traffic situations, resolve disputes, and manage parking logistics.
6. Ensures smooth parking operations and efficient space utilization.
7. High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Logistics or Hospitality is a plus).
